I managed a 180-person org spanning support, IT, analytics, and recruiting - helping slash customer incidents, accelerate company-wide recruiting, and implement a high-performance operations culture.

I then moved to ServiceTitan - an enterprise software hyperscaler where I helped set up sales ops during its rapid expansion and eventual IPO.
